Terms of Service
These terms apply to AiSCent software and services provided by SMAT Design (“AiSCent,” “we,” “us”). By installing or using AiSCent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What AiSCent does
AiSCent provides macOS software and tools for compatible AI clients to help prepare App Store assets and inspect or manage supported App Store Connect workflows. Some paid features use a remote MCP service to relay approved, read-only requests between your AI client and your paired Mac. The currently published remote MCP does not perform remote mutations.
Your accounts and permissions
You are responsible for your Apple account, App Store Connect role, AiSCent purchase, paired devices, and AI-client account. Grant only permissions you intend to use. Keep pairing codes, device tokens, and account credentials private, and disconnect devices or revoke access when no longer needed.
Your responsibility for changes
Review generated content, translations, screenshots, metadata, and every proposed change before approving or uploading it. Keep backups of your projects and release assets. You are responsible for the accuracy and rights of materials you provide and for compliance with Apple’s agreements and policies.
Third-party services
AiSCent may interact with Apple services and the AI client you choose. Those services are controlled by their providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. AiSCent is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or OpenAI. Apple controls App Review decisions, storefront availability, and App Store Connect access.
Purchases and included usage
Paid features and prices are shown in the AiSCent app or on the purchase screen. Pro currently includes up to two App Store submission workflows per monthly entitlement period. A repair or resubmission that results from the same covered submission does not consume a new workflow. In-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. Manage eligible subscriptions through your Apple account.
Our preparation guarantee
We guarantee our work, not your app. Apple controls App Review, so AiSCent does not guarantee approval. If Apple rejects a covered submission because AiSCent prepared or configured something incorrectly, and you provide the rejection notice within 30 days of its date while your Pro entitlement is active, AiSCent will diagnose, repair, and re-verify that preparation work at no additional AiSCent charge. This guarantee applies only to AiSCent’s own preparation work. It does not cover the app’s content, behavior, business model, compliance with Apple’s terms, intellectual-property issues, account or developer-program status, inaccurate or missing information you supplied, changes or outages in third-party services, or other matters outside AiSCent’s work.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not use AiSCent to violate law, another person’s rights, Apple’s terms, or the security of any account or system. We may suspend access to address abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. We may update or discontinue features; we do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular App Review, sales, or download outcome.
Warranty and liability
Except for the preparation guarantee above and rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, AiSCent is provided without a guarantee that every output will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every release. To the extent permitted by law, SMAT Design is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
