AiSCent ("the App") is developed by SMAT Design. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.
AiSCent runs on your Mac and has no SMAT Design processing server. Your App Store Connect API key is stored locally and is used to sign App Store Connect requests on your Mac. Screenshots and project files leave your device only when you explicitly upload them to App Store Connect.
When you use the "Ship" or "Upload" features, AiSCent sends metadata and screenshots directly to Apple's App Store Connect API on your behalf, using your own API key. SMAT Design does not proxy, intercept, or store this traffic.
On-device translation keeps text on your Mac. If you choose a cloud AI feature, the metadata or review-note text you submit is sent directly to the provider you configured, currently Anthropic or Google Gemini, using your own provider key. That provider may associate the request with your provider account and handles the text under its own privacy and retention terms. No AI text is sent to SMAT Design servers.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. SMAT Design does not receive or store your payment information.
AiSCent does not require you to create an account. There is no user registration, login, or server-side user profile.
AiSCent is a developer tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
