AiSCent ("the App") is developed by SMAT Design. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.
AiSCent runs entirely on your Mac. Your App Store Connect API keys, screenshots, metadata drafts, and project files never leave your device unless you explicitly upload them to App Store Connect.
When you use the "Ship" or "Upload" features, AiSCent sends metadata and screenshots directly to Apple's App Store Connect API on your behalf, using your own API key. SMAT Design does not proxy, intercept, or store this traffic.
If you use the AI-powered translation feature, text is sent to the AI provider you configured (e.g., Apple Intelligence, Google Gemini) for translation. No text is sent to SMAT Design servers. Refer to your chosen AI provider's privacy policy for their data handling practices.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. SMAT Design does not receive or store your payment information.
AiSCent does not require you to create an account. There is no user registration, login, or server-side user profile.
AiSCent is a developer tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
