What to Include

To help us investigate, include:

• Your AiSCent version and build number from AiSCent > About AiSCent.
• Your macOS version.
• The workflow you were using and the exact error message.
• A screenshot or screen recording, if it does not contain private keys or other credentials.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. In AiSCent, open the AiSCent Pro window and choose Restore Purchases if a prior purchase is missing. For billing, refunds, or Apple Account payment issues, use Apple Billing Support.

App Store Connect Keys

Never email a real App Store Connect private key. AiSCent stores imported keys in your Mac's Keychain. For testing or support reproduction, use the bundled Review Samples workspace instead of production credentials.
